Growth at Singleton
Employee Growth Path Highlights
Mike Winters
Senior Project Manager
Mike joined Singleton as a Project Management Intern because he liked the people and saw opportunities for growth. During his one-year internship, he managed a Walgreens Pharmacy Remodel Program and Aaron’s Rent to Own Projects.
After graduating, Mike officially joined Singleton as a full-time employee in an Assistant Project Manager Role. One year later, he was promoted to Project Manager, and he is now a Senior Project Manager. He currently oversees over thirty projects a year—including new Target and Dollar General stores—while managing a team of twenty-one employees.

Cody Seagraves
Senior Project Manager
Cody joined Singleton because their drive to improve, grow, and be better every day is contagious. Singleton employees are more than just a number. They are offered unlimited opportunities and Singleton never “pigeonholes” employees into one position.
Cody has been a Project Manager for six years. His transition from the field as a superintendent to the office as a project manager was seamless. He was mentored by a Senior Project Manager who gave him the advice and tools necessary to succeed.
